Earlier today we got an email from another venue telling us about their new open mic night. Over the last couple months the ‘open mic night’ concept has been popping up at venues all over Bend.

 

I’ve been to my fair share of these events and I’ve got to tell you there’s a lot of untapped talent here. I’ve heard some soloists, side-projects, and newly formed bands trying out new material. A lot of these musicians are very creative without the venue to display it. That’s the great thing about Open Mic.

Tuesday:

The Summit Saloon, Downtown Bend - 7pm
The Wine Shop, Downtown Bend – 8pm
Silver Moon Brewing Company, Downtown Bend – 8pm

 

Wednesday:

The Underground Club, Northend – 8pm
3rd Street Pub, Southend – 7pm
M&J Tavern, Downtown Bend – 8pm

 

Thursday:

Strictly Organic Coffee Co, Old Mill District – 6pm
